This place suits me perfectly, providing internet access, 24-hour security, and a restaurant. I remember how the staff helped me find a jewel I lost during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a lovely experience.

Vibrant Jewish quarter atmosphere, quick access to the Old Town, spacious and clean rooms
Noise from nearby clubs can be disruptive!!! The TV only offers Polish channels, which is disappointing for international guests!!! There are also many areas in need of repair and updates, particularly in the bathrooms!!!

i almost contemplated writing a good review, but the unbearable noise from power tools at 6am and the outdated room decor ruined any chance of that. the fact that there was no air conditioning during a scorching summer night only added to my misery. expected a little special treatment, but no, just regular guest treatment here, how quaint!

Had a great time with friends visiting the Schindler's Factory and Wawel Castle. Loved the location close to nightlife and restaurants. Breakfast was solid, offering a variety of local dishes. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable stay. Perfect spot if you want to explore the local vibe!
One minor issue was water dripping from the air conditioning unit, which made for a bit of discomfort, especially during the first night. It looked like it had been a problem for a while.

Charming Stay with a Personal Touch
Our family enjoyed our stay for one night. The breakfast spread, featuring homemade cakes and local dishes, set us up for the day. Monika made us feel welcome, even providing recommendations for nearby attractions. Just be prepared for potential noise if staying near the bustling restaurant area.

This hotel is quite lovely with a vibrant atmosphere in the Jewish quarter, ideal for those wanting to dive into local life. The room was spacious and well-maintained, though the noise from the nearby clubs could be bothersome at times. Breakfast offered a nice variety to kickstart the day.

The triple room was pretty decent, clean and spacious, which was great for three adults. The beds were super comfy, and I loved having a fridge and TV. It faced a busy street, so there was some noise, but honestly, after a long day of exploring, I slept like a baby. No daily cleaning service, but I could hang my towel up easily, so it wasn't a problem. the room felt well-maintained, even though some areas needed a little refresh.
